    I was unaware of the cap on dwellings in Boca Raton and it is shocking that the cap is still in place today. Surprising that developers have not been able to vote that law out. The private school is a good idea for Palm Beach County, but it would be important to look at demographics and income before placing the private school.
    Spreading awareness of mental illness and reducing the time of diagnosis is a great opportunity for organizations near Florida schools... great idea!
